🔎: How does HypnoPuncture work?

A: Research has shown that within 10mins of stimulating specific acupuncture points, our limbic system is activated for the mind’s neuroplasticity.

In addition, hypnotherapy techniques are used to guide you through focused awareness exercises and supportive techniques tailored to your specific needs and intentions.

🔎: What can HypnoPuncture help with?

A: Hypnotherapy may support individuals with weight loss, addictions, stress, sleep issues, low confidence, habits, or mindset blocks. Many people find it helpful for promoting relaxation, emotional regulation, and creating positive behavioral shifts.

🔎: Will I lose control during a session?

A: Not at all. You remain fully aware and in control throughout the session. It’s a guided, collaborative process where you’re always in charge.

🔎: Is HypnoPuncture safe?

A: Yes. The practice is gentle and customized to your needs. All needles are sterile, single-use, and applied by a qualified practitioner. Your safety and comfort are always the priority.

🔎: Can I combine HypnoPuncture with other therapies?

A: Yes, it complements many other wellness approaches and can be part of a broader self-care or healing plan.

🔎: What should I wear to a session?

A: Comfortable clothing that allows access to lower arms and legs is ideal. You’ll be resting for most of the session, so wear whatever helps you feel relaxed and at ease.

🔎: Do I need to be good at meditation or visualization for this to work?

A: Not at all. You don’t need any experience. All you need is a willingness to relax and participate. Many people find the experience effortless and deeply grounding, even on their first visit.

🔎: Will I feel the needles?

A: Acupuncture needles are extremely thin and are often described as painless or barely noticeable. If you’re needle-sensitive, acupressure or other non-needle options may be available—just ask!

🔎: How many sessions will I need?

A: Everyone is different. Some people notice a shift after just one session, while others benefit from a series. We’ll work together to create a plan that fits your goals and pace, but expect between 6 - 10 sessions for optimal results  

🔎: Do I need to prepare anything before a session?

A: Just bring yourself with an open mind. It’s helpful to arrive well-rested and hydrated.
